Hillside Mall Renovation

Connect has been involved with the renovation of Hillside Centre since 2003 with expansion including Target, Marshalls, HMV and 20 new retail boutiques. Sustainable site development include multiple rain gardens, high canopy trees integrated with stormwater reservoirs, permeable pavers, and a high quality urban realm.

The site also features pedestrian promenades, bus shelters, bike facilities and outdoor amenity areas as well as a Bowker Creek interpretive trail.
