Steveston Community Park Playground

The destination playground collaboration with Earthscape Design features an adventure play area for all age groups with enhanced seating and picnic areas for families and adults. The playground will connect to New Community Centre and Library.

The site’s theme is inspired by Steveston’s history, the Fraser River, and proximity to the ocean. The new playground will re-imagine the existing playground with signature play elements, active zipline, lighthouse, orca and salmon, while integrating accessibility, standalone public washroom, and retaining the existing water park.
