The integrated design of the Landmark Canadian Coast Guard Search and Rescue Operations Building Facility and joint Residence takes advantage of spectacular waterfront setting. The landscape design seamlessly blends building to site.
The scope included: analysis and siting, tree retention and grading, detailing and layout with a focus on: site character, user program, circulation, and ecological design (storm water management, green roof, local materials, foreshore beach, and backshore plantings).
