YVR – Larry Berg Park

Larry Berg Park is a 5ac renovated community park adjacent to the neighbourhood of Burkeville and directly in line with YVR’s south runway. Connect led the collaborative design team that focused on a re-brand of the park, adding interpretive elements, signage and a plane spotting viewing platform to help educate users on aviation as well as to celebrate YVR’s role as an international travel hub.

The new park features viewing platform and central plaza with an interactive model of the earth, collectively make this space a truly unique and special public amenity for local residents, international visitors and children.
