Our design vision works with the spectacular desert to create an enduring and resilient landscape. Our design principles were simple: Capture the spirit of place and the regional landscape integrating site and built form while adapting to the dynamic climate extreme. Natural tones, local materials, attention to texture, and simple material palette unify the site and facility with greater landscape. The LEED Gold facility is located in the Osoyoos Indian Band’s Senkulmen Enterprise Park. The original master plan development guidelines were previously prepared by Connect Landscape Architecture
